In order to mark the completion of their 13 successful years, the Dainik Bhaskar Group organised a talk show at a city hall on July 18th, 2016. The revered guest was the renowned ad guru, Mr. Piyush Pandey, the M.D. of the company Ogilvy & Mather. He has more than 34 years of experience in the media and advertising world. In his intriguing talk of two hours, he gave valuable insight to the audience pertaining to his learning experiences. He believes that one must always remember these simple yet significant things in life:
1.Never to have preconceived notions and never to categorise anything on the basis of what others tell you.
b.Listening is one of the best ways to find ideas.
c.To be brave and not fear trying out new things or redefining norms.
Achievement or success should never get to one’s head, and one must keep on delivering their best.
The importance of effective communication can never be underestimated. “Speak your mind.”
The pgdm students of SKIPS – pgdm college in ahmedabad attended the talk show. It was a learning as well as an enjoyable experience for them.
