On October 13th, St. Kabir Institute of Professional Studies (SKIPS) hosted a guest lecture by Ms. Sanju Thakur, the Zonal HR Head at Future Retail Limited, as a part of the #IIF (Industry Interaction Forum). The lecture was on managing negative emotions in the workplace. One could witness and feel the positive energy she exuded during her talk as she encouraged the listeners to always be optimistic in life. She emphasised the importance of channelizing emotions in the correct way, which would help to overcome challenges in life. Ms. Thakur also insisted on having a curious mind and to keep learning as it’s a never-ending process. The session, which was extremely interactive in nature, was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone.
